Without question, Dr. Jan is a miracle worker. In 4 sessions she managed to relieve my hip pain that's been plaguing me for years. She isn't a "crack your back" type chiropractor and relies on muscle tension and body mechanics. She is incredibly thorough, takes her time, checks her work, and educates you. She is so friendly, easy to get an appointment with and takes insurance. Plus, she said at the start that she works fast to get you better and back to your life. And, even more powerful, she is trained in neuro-emotional techniques to help solve areas where you emotionally are weak, stuck and sabotaging yourself. Combining the structural and emotional work together has been an incredible experience. I've already referred family members to her.
