        Dr. Buchanan is extremely professional and polite. He called my insurance prior to seeing me and informed me that since he was tier 2 with my insurance, my co-pay would be slightly higher with him. He then allowed me to call other chiropractors in the area that were tier 1 with a lower co-pay amount for me and told me that he could still see my if I wanted, but no pressure if I wanted to go somewhere else. Finally, he wished me good luck with my pain. I wish he was within my tier 1 network because he has a great deal of integrity and understanding. Great doctor!
