I called them because my prior housekeeper had passed away. They had been recommended to me by the Property Manager. We had a bit of a miscommunication in the beginning, but I called the next day and explained what happened, and then they went out of their way to get a supervisor over the next morning, and proceeded to immediately make it right. They exceeded my expectations, and I'll forever be grateful for how responsive they were. They made a very stressful time in my life a little bit more manageable. Please call them! Great experience! The cleaning crew was professional, on time, and did an excellent job. I used Merry Maids for a Move-Out apartment cleaning. I had no issues, and the place was spotless.

Such a rip off.If you have a choice use another company.They don't clean like they advertise..in and out to get to the next house...cheat workers of their tips.
