The manager Liz is awesome! Outstanding! I only intended to visit my Tmobil location because my watch had stopped working . But let me say this before I go any further.. The store on Ledbetter &Hampton next to Fiesta, is usually my very last choice. I'll get in my vehicle and drive 10 miles to another location. Due to cutomer service and them not having what I need in stock. But, this time! I stopped by my local store and come to find out we have new faces in this location, friendly and extremely informative!. I mean true sales persons, if I tell you I've been back to this location since last week 4 times you'll think I was lying!  Going back for assistance with my devices, upgrading equipment, replacing equipment, adding new lines. I went TMobil crazy 😜 this is the type of customer service I expect in my neighborhood. I dont know why DM (district manager)sent these individuals to this location but please keep them at this location! If you want good customer service go to the Ledbetter and Hampton location. This manager so good I asked about the pay off on my mother's line and she went to the back and bought out two devices, gave me all the specs on them and I ended up purchasing a new device for my mother. With out her knowing and she loves her new phone I got to her house explaining all the thing about her new phone comparing them and letting her know her old phone didn't abd couldn't do all these new things.

The manager Juan and Shawn were great I always come in and pay my bill and they always greet me with a great attitude and always show me the phones that t-mobile offers and any promotions I will be coming back for the new timex watch for my daughter they gave me great points on why it would be helpful I really like the new team at this location
