ASK FOR Vincent, he is the man. He was able to take an upgrade with only 20ish minutes left. We ended up leaving past closing however, he earned every penny of my business because he happily stayed past closing for a customer. I would be happy to come to this store again over Park Ln’s Corporate Store..

Vincent was absolutely awesome. he helped us and answered all of our questions. My husband and I were really impressed at the high level of knowledge from services to discounts. Unfortunately the center did not have phones in stock so we had to go to another location since we needed them the same day.

What they don't tell you. PHONE TRADE IN - They always have promotions of "trade in" your phone for a newer one with sprint flex. The trade in AKA Lease is a mandatory 18-24 months before you can switch to a different carrier, if you decide to switch carriers before the lease is up, you still have to pay almost the full price of the phone and your trade in becomes worthless. PLANS - The 4 lines for $140 is very limited, you only get like 500MB of hot spot and even though the promote hulu and amazon with it, you actually have to pay an additional $10-$15 per line if you want hulu and amazon and more hotspot, so that $140 after the add ons easily becomes $230-$250 after taxes only after they deduct directly from your bank account, if you were to pay with checks or cash, the bill would go up an additional $5-$8 per line. So, the "$140" family plan will end being between $220 and $300 if you want hot spot, hulu and amazon with your bank account linked to your sprint account. ACCESSORIES - They always seem to have good promotions on accessories, such as $0 a month, but after 6-8 months you actually get charge almost full price for devices. Store and over the Phone costumer service - it varies per location, some locations the reps are very knowledgeable, and some are just putting in their time. their 1-800 number also some reps know their stuff but most of them barely know anything, and you get transfer 3-4 to different times, making a simple call up to 2 hrs on the phone.
