The worst customer service ever, I bought a plan for international calls for $15 and they didn’t activate it. I received a bill of $664 for something that cost only $15 and they told me that they would refund me all the money cause it was their fault, they had me like that for 2 months and at the end all they offered me was only $50 of a bill of $664 for something that was their mistake.

The team here is amazing! Fatima helped me a lot and she’s awesome! She knows her stuff and the team makes it very fun and nice to shop here. Definitely a great location to shop at!!!

Jason, store manager, has such a horrible attitude. No customer service whatsoever. You can tell he absolutely hates his job and should probably find something where he doesn't deal with people at all. I've been with Tmobile for over 9 years and never have I experienced someone so rude with such a "not my problem" attitude. I've been to this location in the past and everyone has always been so friendly and helpful. Tmobile you can definitely do better than this guy representing you.
