        I'm here waiting on the T-Mobile and nobody is serving me and didn't acknowledge me when I came in. The Mgr made up for it. He was very friendly and helped me get a better upgrade 🙂

        ALL SPRINT CUSTOMERS NEED TO READ MY UPDATE-----read update at bottom of this review-------Very helpful and knowledgeable individuals. Wait time.... I don't think that's in there vocabulary at this store. Right away they help resolve our issue. As soon as we walked in we were treated like friends not just another customers. That you simply can't teach people so great pick to the HR team. And to the store.... GREAT JOB GUYS AND GALS! The management and staff of this location have a very worthy 5 stars from me. ---------UPDATE---------- a few days ago my phone had some problems. unfortunately, I have been left to pay full price for another device. This is due to the insurance not being swapped over when they changed our sim cards from sprint to t-mobile
