Glenn King the cleaner with Genie Carpet always does a fantastic job of cleaning our carpets and area rugs. We have used him for years and Call Robert Peters the owner to schedule a day and time to have him out. He is the best of the best.

If you want to spend a lot of money, have someone put things from the floor on top of GOOD furniture, throw things on the sofa that should be handled with care, and listen to a "bull in a china shop" while he's cleaning, then this guy is for.  As for me, I will NEVER use him again.  The floors were extremely wet when he was done - took 2 days to get dry enough to put things back.  Also, I've never had a carpet cleaner that didn't put things back like the dining room chairs - but put a little tiny piece of plastic underneath the legs so there wouldn't be any stain or damage from the furniture on wet carpet.  I thought for sure I was going to find a lot of dings and scraps in the furniture and woodwork because he was not careful at all with our belongings.

This review is a little overdue but last year I picked up a large sectional couch that was in really bad shape. It was free so I didn't mind paying to have it cleaned. Glenn came out and made it like new!! Since then he has done some smaller cleaning jobs for my family like few rugs and car interior. We definitely recommend Genie Carpet!

I love this company. They are very professional and gets your carpet clean the first time.
