Every time I'm in Dallas, I make an appointment with Terri. She is the most gifted stylist I know in the USA! She has one of those natural, God-given gifts of analyzing your hair, its natural flow, and your face and what would look good on you. I don't know about the other people who work there, but Terri is absolutely top notch. I've lived around the world and when I'm in town, you can be sure I get an appointment with her.

I am only giving this place one star because it is a requirement of doing a review. Let me get started..... My experience started off great. One of the stylists, Erica, told me that, although she was off work, she would be happy to tone my extensions and cut my hair to blend them in. That was the beginning of a 3+ hour salon visit from hell. Erica attempted to dye my extensions and then told me the extensions weren't taking the color. I was fine with that. She suggested bleaching and toning my hair to the extensions, to which I agreed. After doing this, not only did my hair not look anything like my extensions, it was extremely damaged. She kept saying that there was a lot of yellow in my hair (which is understandable since my hair is so dark and I was going to a lighter shade), so she decided to put some neutralizing spray in. After spraying my hair with A TON of product, she said that it would be better to just leave it in and for me to wash out my hair later at home. My friend asked how long it should be left in and her response was "the longer the better." During the time she was working on my hair, her roommate, Holly, kept coming into the salon making very obvious comments about the time and wanting my stylist to leave. At the three hour mark of working on my hair, my stylist became so frustrated with the time it was taking, she asked her roommate (who she told us did not work there and to my knowledge is not licensed to do hair) to straighten my extensions. By the time we left, my stylist didn't even ring me up, her roommate did. I left with my hair soaked in purple hued neutralizing spray clamped in an alligator clip. When I got back to the hotel I was staying at (I'm not from the area), I tried washing out my hair, only to find that the product she put in would not come out. After washing it again, the product was still in, my hair was turning a silver/light violet shade, had an elastic consistency and was falling out like crazy. I ended up having to go to a different salon (since this one was closed the following day) to get my hair washed the next day. The stylist tried washing my hair and still had difficulty getting the product out. After looking up the spray that was used, the new stylist was confused as to why Erica had allowed for the product to stay in my hair that long. Luckily, this stylist had some knowledge and was able to salvage what was left of my hair. Overall, I am horrified at the experience that I had. I am out over $100 for the "work" that Erica did, in addition to the money I had to spend at a new salon to try fixing my hair. DO NOT GO HERE and definitely DO NOT SEE ERICA as a stylist. I have never seen or experienced such unprofessionalism in my life.
