Karen, went far and beyond the experience of what I expected today. Considering I had a prior appointment with a stylist in Arlington that didn’t produce the experience and follow through with her craft. Karen on the other hand gave me perfect service and the establishment had a great vibe. We shared life experiences and connected on a genuine level. We met a week ago and I decided to try her professionalism after my prior experience with a stylist. Karen has set the bar high for me to go anywhere else, and she got me in quicker than what I thought! Thanks again for you and Your Craft! Yesterday was my second visit too see Ms. Karen. I was about to cut all my hair off I was so fustrated with it. Not only did she do a great job treating my hair and giving it back much needed moisture she eased my mind and recommended a great product. I recommend her for all hair types and for a stressfree experience!
