I loved coming to this establishment. I went with Erika Ibarra. She was very professional, sweet and kind. I had a lash lift done and her work was nothing short of amazing, i was very impressive with the outcome. It was the first time I’ve gotten my lashes done so i was very nervous but she reassured me and made me feel so much comfortable with getting them done. I will 100% be coming back!

WORST attention ever!!!! I mean, I went there yesterday to book my appointment for today at 1:30 and I arrived at my appointment time and there was only ONE girl and she was with another client. So, I sat there thinking that it would just be like 10 minutes, and I spend a WHOLE hour waiting and nobody was there so called while being there and I don’t know who answered the phone but the girl told me that the person that was supposed to attend me was not there, I mean AN HOUR LATER you tell me that? I have a lot of stuff to si to be treated like that, so the only solution she gave me was “do you want to book another appointment?” NO, I DONT!!! How would I? They made me waste gas and time for nothing!! So if you’re planning to go there make sure you know at least the name of the person that is supposed to attend you or even better, don’t!! So irresponsable!!

I just like to say ,every girl in the "The brow bar lux" is her own boss. Meaning they are not all together they rent there own spot and do there own work. So if someone gives a bad review that doenst mean that's every girl in there if you want to know about there work try clicking out there IG or FB. I'm from California came to Texas just to get my brows done by ESTELA MARQUEZ she did a amazing job! Is my face and that's nothing to play with she worked on me took her time. She very friendly and humble works with my busy life, me being a business owner I know about service's and hands down she has just that!This lady knows what she doing. I high recommended her. You can find her at her IG browsbyestela . As for the owner put more lighting this is not a way a business should be run all I see is art less light?? Come on! I will post a picture of my artist business card tou want something done right with high end stuff contact her. You will be glad you did.
