Amazing Lash Studio

After being a loyal customer I've had to call it quits with amazing lash because the front staff is extremely unprofessional in multiple locations and specifically the west village location is subpar with the lash experience. They have made me cry and left me feeling unappreciated as a customer that came in weekly. Their actions and language with me has triggered past traumas you would not expect to experience at such a large company. I communicated how I felt and they had no interest in accommodating me as they informed they did not care if I went to another company. I referred everyone who said anything positive about my eyelashes and only communicated my grievances to the location i was seeing at the time. Great service, really professional safe and relaxing. The product is not the best, lashes fall really fast and easy, I guess they want us to go for more refills. They make you add a tip, I said I wanted to add 10% and they ended up charging me 30.
