        I have been going to Luxx Lash and using Jen. Jen informed me that my eyelash extensions were coming out so fast because the previous stylist was using lashes that were too long. Jen left the previous week and instead of Luxx Lash calling me and telling me that Jen was unavailable for an appointment, they switch me to a different person without telling me. Thus, on Friday, 1/11, I attended my appointment. I informed Tien to use the same length that was previously used as Jen said that the longer lashes does not stay on and come off easily. Tien proceeded to use longer lashes and within 1 week most of my lashes have come off. My lashes were continuously shedding. Please beware as I feel as though I have wasted my money.
