Showed up just after opening on a Saturday morning and asked for a walk-in appointment to get my beard trimmed. After a short wait, they were able to pair me with a competent stylist who took the time to understand my needs and gave me exactly what I asked for. Nice rustic decor and seemingly relaxed staff who offered a cold drink while I waited and again as I was headed out. Would visit this business again.

They have messed up my appointment 2 times, one time with the excuse that the hair stylist hit a cow. I won't be going back. At $140+ for a haircut I expected better service

My initial visit to cowboy up on Luther Lane was an enjoyable experience with Lexxi. I booked my next appointment in anticipation of receiving the same level of care and service that I got the first time. unfortunately, that was not the case Even after receiving multiple messages via text, reminding me when my appointment was, what day, what time, with who......when I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment I was treated like someone that just walked in off the street. No eye contact was made with me while I sat there for 25 minutes. No one acknowledged that I was even in the shop. I was the only one sitting on the couch waiting for my hairstylist to arrive. And I'm paying for this? I don't think so. I left and returned to car. Ten minutes later I get a text asking me if I was still going to be there..... So I reply by text informing "whoever" what had happened. Crickets. No we are sorry, please come back, nothing. The heck with that.
