        Every time I come is the same is just terrible really slow service in this location also ATM usually doesn't work plus this bank debit cards with chip fails a lot at stores. I'll be changing to another bank asap

        Ive been dealing with this bank for over 5 years and have never experienced this type of behavior from a Branch Supervisor, Jessica Da Silva is by far the rudest most racist person I have ever met. Poor customer service and unprofessional. Definitely closing my account. If you dont respect me you definitely dont deserve my money. Jessica do better in life or get another job. 1st Convenience please do something about this is this type of behavior from your staff. Im mortified.
