        The staff is exceptionally professional, diligent and personable in every banking need I've had in the past 2+ years. Even as the branch manager changed, the level of service continued to be 5 Star Excellent!

        George "Jordan" Toledo was helping me and my significant other refinance one of our homes. At the beginning, his communication was rapid and clear then it quickly ended up being a big waste of time. He is very disorganized, he asked for the same paperwork multiple times when we have already sent them over and didn't really help us get what we needed nor worked with us to make things work. I do not recommend him or Veritex Bank to anyone.
