Hail King

My Land Cruiser was victim to the massive hail storm in Denton County Texas in late March of 2017. Due to the number of vehicles affected the wait to have you vehicle repaired by Hail repair or body shops was (of course) and still is (Nov 2017) long. I decided to try finding a place in Dallas or Tarrent county. After searching online and reading reviews I decided I would call Hail King. Hank, the owner answered, he was in Las Vegas with his sons celebrating his deceased wife's life there because she loved Las Vegas. After an awesome conversation we decided he would contact me when he returned. The same day he called me he drove to my home in Highland Village (his shop is 30 miles from my home) and gave me a quote for repair. A week later I decided he would do the work. Hank came to my home again, picked up the Land Cruiser (which had a lot of damage, from baseball size hail) then returned the 2013 Land Cruiser a week later looking like it just came off the New Car lot and the interior had also been detailed (when I picked up my 16 year old son that afternoon he said, "Why does your car look and smell new? Is this a different car?"). The next day I called Hank because my backup camera wasn't working and thought he could help me trouble shoot the problem, instead he showed up the next day and figured out the problem and it was fixed in minutes. I will never have to research again when I need any body work done on any of my vehicles as long as Hail King is in business. Bottom line..Hank "Gets it", customer service, quality, and very reasonably priced. Cheers! To Hail King!

This Mike guy was so freaking rude ! I just called to see an estimate & his words were " do yu have full coverage ? Then we cant help yu call someone else " then clicked !!
