I mailed a money order and paperwork on July 2nd and received a returned money order yesterday just because the money order was "incorrect".....hmmm are you serious?!? I followed every step before I mailed out. I reviewed carefully and I found no mistakes! I think you did this on purpose so you could charge me extra after August 1st (late fee). Why did you wait until the end of the month to return this money order back to me? Why didn't you mail it back to me right after you received the mail? Nice try there! Last year, I sent my $25 registration fee by check and the check never cleared. Later, they sent me a notice that I was delinquent. So, I sent another check and it went through by some miracle. I thought that was an aberration, but this year I sent my payment and rabies certificate and my check has not cleared, so lord knows if they processed my dogs rabies certificate. What a joke. It is beyond me why my county uses this so-called service.

Horrible experience here. They take forever to process paperwork, lose forms and payments, good luck reaching them over the phone.

They took more than a month and counting to give my my dogs tag and papers! I’m close to being kicked out of my place because my landlord needs his license papers. They’re absolutely terrible. Wish I could give a half star
