STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY HOME HERE!!!!! We have been here since 2009 and it was ok then , property Management changed several times and it went down hill from there. HOA continues to go up Oh not to mention on top of monthly HOA you have a Roof insurance you have to pay every year and They have not done a good job keeping up with anything main pool been closed 2 years. When the tornado came through it ripped off our chimney cap off and they just put a tarp up to cover it. They want me to use my use my home owners insurance to fixed it and then get reimbursed when they come through adjuster. Why should I when I pay you roof insurance. So do not buy a property here!

I hate the HOA it took the years to fix small things. The HOA monthly is out of hand and the inserance more the dubble in a year. I sold and left.

When I moved here in 2005, the service was excellent and the dues were $205/mo. The service has taken a nose dive and the dues are $350/mo as of Jan 1, 2021. Compare this to the value of my property rising 34.7% as opposed to the dues rising 70.7%. Hmmmm - go figure!

HOAs always have their ups and downs and I've been here for 20 years and the board is made up of residents that truly care about the community, culture and property value.
