Judge Al Cercone

Al Cercone has some serious intergrity issues. He likes only Attorneys and if the attorney is hot lady - forget about your case? He ordered Defendant attorney full fees though the other defendant male attorney didn't got anything. He was having sidebar discussion with that young white female attorney that she resembles like some pop star from 1960's. Al Cercone has overall 8 properties in Dallas area - mostly based on bribe from parties.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. Never have me and my family been verbally attacked and put down to make feel powerless. Judge Al Cercone is disrespectful, racist, and a hypocrite. It’s a shame someone with lack of morality is put in such a powerful position. Instead of doing his job and servicing the people, Judge Al Cercone publicity ridicules you based on his own beliefs. If you are appointed to Judge Al Cercone I am truly sorry and you should be prepared to be humiliated and attacked. After the incident, a witness from the jury and an attorney overseeing came up to me and Informed me Judge Al Cercone constantly infringes upon people’s rights and I have not been the first. Judge Al Cercone it is time someone stands up to you, for you are a inconsiderate, uncivil, and dishonorable bully who abuses his power.
