        These opinions are my own may not reflect the other homeowners of this properly. This is a very worn property. Hot water works only 25% of the time, in the summertime air conditioning is always a problem. The monthly H away dues are ridiculously high and don’t seem and don’t seem to be used in the right spots to improve the property. Special assessments over $1000 a year in addition to the dues happened once or twice a year. Management company and H away board seem to be less than qualified to maintain this property. I would not buy a condo at this property.
