I'm a senior citizen. I have some medical issues. My experience is this. Nice neighbors, quiet 99% of the time. Management called once to make sure I was ok. House sitter left garbage can on porch. It was sitting there while I was away. Maintenance leaves a lot to desire! Battling the same plumbing issues since before the management change. I've made 9 calls to the office today 8/9/21. All about my AC NOT WORKING. It's 90 plus in my apartment now. Got one answer and unable to leave a message. Rings several times then clicks you over to silence before it say "thanks for calling" and disconnects. If they prioritize jobs and improve maintenance response time. This place would be nicer.
