Maintenance stole my Apple MacBook computer from my apartment. I contacted corporate they didn’t do anything about it. Also know your right as a renter. They are shady. FYI I am a licensed Texas realtor. They lied and said it was damage in the apartment when I moved out. Although I knew that it was BS, I sent my move out photos. I agreed to pay it if they sent me photos of the Suppose damage. I never received the photos of the damage and now it is on my credit report.

Please don’t go here. Obviously we all struggled during the pandemic and I got behind but I got assistance and they were paid all is well. However here’s the problem. The fees, fees, and more fees. They would charge you to breath if they could. Yes your rent maybe 1075 but you are going to pay 1400 after utilities and all the other fees they make you pay. Not including you have to pay electric. With that money you can go rent a house. Please don’t make my mistake. It looks nice and renovated but it’s a trap. Get a house with a fancy backyard for the same price. Office people don’t care about you, they care about your money. They act it well but I promise they don’t care.

My parents where literally kicked out and the manager HERSELF addressed my dad that she wouldn’t hold them responsible for the pro collect so it wouldn’t affect his credit in order to look for another place after being kicked out and only given like 48 hours to look for another place and now he’s getting all these spam emails saying he OWES after she gave him HER word saying this won’t happen. He’s already struggling as it is and for her to be so selfish and inconsiderate to send that out, freaking ridiculous.
