Rats everywhere, Beware. Dead one in the vent right now. They won’t do anything about it. Smells really bad. Just know, this is the slums. We read reviews when it was too late. Take heed, please. This picture is from October 2021, this review is January, rats still here and they still want rent money. Lol

I went without heat for WEEKS and the old office managers would not help. New management fixed it in ONE DAY. Thank you to Shalan for her help.

I originally gave this property a low rating based on my initial interaction, but I am happy to edit it due to the remedies management provided. They have a new regional director and I am confident she is taking this property in a new direction.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I came here to tour the apartments because my apartment locator from smart city apartments sent me a listing. I arrived at 4:45. The regional manager immediately told me to sit on the other side because they help with leasing. There was one associate on that side but she has a customer. The manager who’s office is immediately when you walk in has no one in her office and did not come out to help me. I sat there for 15 minutes and 3 other people came in after me. The manager helped 2 of them. When I informed her I was there first she told me she only assist with move ins and someone would come assist me. A gentlemen came with yet another customer and asked me to leave his office to help her. Then I overhear the regional manager helping someone else that came after me. When I asked her about it, she said she doesn’t do tours. I told her I never asked for a tour I asked for information. Save your time, energy and money. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in an apartment complex.
