        Chatham Court has been great to me ever since Ive been here! Laniece, Tamia, and Keilah are always so helpful when I come in. They also always are urgent with anything needed. 10/10 recommend this complex

        Lived here for about 4 or 5 years now and for the most part everyone is chill and it's usually nice and quiet most of the time. Judging from my personal experience the office here is pretty fair. They will try and work with you if you come to them with a problem or concern and most importantly, they do not go out of their way trying to find lease violations they can write you up for like some other apartment complexes unfortunately do sometimes. Will update soon. End of the day management doesn't have your back or your best interest in mind.

        Cons: I lived at Chatham for a little over a year with my fiance and we moved because of the lack of consistent water, and simply because we needed more room. I dont know whats wrong with the pipes but thats the only issue I had with living here. I wouldnt recommend moving here if you have children because the water would constantly be turned on and off so some families might not be able to bathe their kids every night :( I dont have children so thankfully it was just me and my boyfriend who had to be stinky for a day or so. A lot of the time when it was turned on we didnt get hot water either which really turned me off from renewing my lease. Also some packages were stolen so if you are planning on moving here get your Amazon packages sent to the locker at Valero. This can happen anywhere though so I dont blame Chatham. Pros: so our new place we moved into makes me almost miss Chathammaintenance always came to help, theres no pot holes everywhere, staff is helpful, trash was always picked up, and we never had pest problems . I cant say the same for our new complex!
