at this point i have just given up on them. I applied for their HUD program in 2019, and they NOW have no record of me ever applying. I get a call in jan 2021, saying it will be another six month month waiting list. the lady that called me was rude and short with me. My mother drove 2 hours to update an application that they say don't exist. it's not worth the headache. their are other more beautiful properties in dallas to consider than this headache update: after all this time, i finally got in. I wanted a two bedroom, but settled for a one. they got new staff since i first applied in 2018.yvette and ashley were very helpful. I am legally blind, and she helped me fill out my application. i will be moving in this weekend

Are these second chance if you’ve had a recent dismissed bankruptcy but a clean rental history?

These people In office are sooo, soo, soo rude! I never leave reviews but I’m fed up at this point. I have been having serious maintenance issues. Every time I call they answer, put me on hold, then hang up the phone right away. This happens all the way til closing. I would feel much better if you didn’t answer at all.
