Versailles II

I was transfer to this apartment by former complex bc of disaster. At first it was fine until a certain folks play music everyday all night long. I worked and have to be up at 5:30am. We have knocked on the door and ask politely to turn the music down. It seems they don't care. Security was called. They still continue. I have called the office and they get back with you in 30 days. I go inside personally to see what can be done, I was told an email would be sent to resident The problem still exist and no email. So I am playing music back, but it shouldn't go this far. Office should enforce noise ordinance. Packages are being stolen, office claim they looking for it in parcel locker ibut to no avail im not resiging lease Cutters Point was the best . They took care of their resident with any PROBLEM

Just move in today. So the person who helps me move in is Ana and thanks to her my application process and move-in was success. The rest of the staff is awesome. Thank you so much

I figured I would be the one to leave the most recent and best review. I've had no personal problems with the staff. They are kind and funny and renting here has been fantastic. Sure the water has gone cold on us once, but only for about three days. The place is beautiful, I love the place we're living at. People gotta be more positive here because it's really great, and there's a trail three minutes away from us that we go to quite frequently. It's really nice 😊 Thank you guys!
