    I currently live here. Someone is playing music so loudly, I can hear it in my bedroom. The music is echoing off everyone's doors, it is so loud. I called the front office and the girl told me she would need the apartment number causing the loud noise. I explained that that is not safe for me to find out. She said she could not help me. I ended up having to call the police. They dispatched an office. The girl at the front acted like she didn't care when I told her I was calling the police. I mean she could have simply asked the on call security officer to walk up here and see what was going on. But she would not do anything.

    WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. We are moving next week and it can’t be soon enough. Extremely loud neighbors enjoy bowling and moving furniture late into the night. Cheap “updates” like seven layers of paint on the bathtubs that peel after a week or two. Management waited until we had put down all our non-refundable deposits before charging a $500 “high risk fee” despite my having a nine year impeccable rental history. Bait and switch on the unit we were supposed to rent; initial second story unit was “not ready in time” and they tried to send us a new lease charging more for a first floor unit. The last straw has been how they’ve handled our latest weather disaster. Curt and unhelpful, unsympathetic and non responsive are adjectives that come to mind. I’m writing this review after receiving an email saying water will be shut off at 4:30pm for repairs. Email was sent at 3:46, water shut off at 4:01. How are families with small children supposed to handle this??? WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE WHO DON’T CHECK THEIR EMAIL EVERY FIFTEEN MINUTES? Do NOT live here, even if it is your only option. Worst experience I have ever had- and that’s saying something. Update: Despite the response to this review by management, it’s been eight months and I was never contacted.
