A friend lived at the complex and complained so frequently about her apartment that I had to check it out. I found the company that indicated rehabbing/repositioning the complex. They presented online pics of the rehab in their portfolio. I couldn't believe how the pics reflected the inferior quality of the rehab. The walls had obvious mismatched patch repairs with little effort to match neither texture nor color. And the front door was beat to hell. I presume this was the best apartment rehab out of the complex? Unpon visiting I recognized they upgraded the kitchen to catch the eye of potential tenants, then cut corners on most other rehab repairs. They get two stars simply because they kept and repaired the ceiling swirl texture. Ownership is out of state and property management is hired to do the owners heavy lifting. They answer to the owner who generally pays them a percentage of gross rents. You all seem to niavely believe the property managers work for the tenants.
