I have had mixed feelings about l living here. The office staff is not the best they have a lot of issues that need to be worked on as far as communication. I have lived here about a year the units are nice and they prices are good just be prepared to work out a difference in opinion with the office . Overall a good place to live as far as the community they just have to work on some issues but maintenance guys are good they handle business the downside to living here is purely the front office if they get it together it will be a better situation for sure.

I lived here for two years (2019-2021). The Good: - Price You get what you pay for. The apartment I had itself wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst. Literally JUST right for the price. I hardly had to deal with bugs, some rust in the restroom, new-ish black appliances. The only thing that failed was the A/C in the summer, but it was fixed the same day. After that, It couldn't cool lower than 77 degrees for almost two months. Their "fix" was to keep it at 78. - Location Again, for the price, the location is great. Mall is an exit down, a bunch of parks in the area, restaurants, dentists, hospitals etc. I liked the location. The Bad: - The Community This place does not feel safe. Most days, there is trash everywhere, ESPECIALLY on the "lake" (maintenance does their best to clean up, but honestly it's not their fault). No one cleans up after their pets, which is why I never stood on my balcony (it smelled horrid). Wasn't uncommon at all to hear obnoxiously loud music or arguments early into the AM (talking 2-5am) coming from both cars and apartments. I am 90% sure there are at least two drug dealers living in this complex, and I don't think their customers are buying flower. Car break-ins are common, my brother got his catalytic converter stolen over night. No one is considerate when driving in the parking lot. The towing policy is strict, but isn't consistent in how they enforce it (some cars are in visitor spots for DAYS while I get a ticket for having a license plate expired for literally one week, can't make this up). All of this isn't helped by the fact that the gate hardly ever works. -The Management This apartment complex has been sold once since I moved in. The new management is not well organized. Maintenance tickets take weeks to fulfill. I had to give my notice to vacate 3 times, even though two of those times were directly to the property manager. If it wasn't for me calling the office constantly from different numbers (I'm convinced they started screening my calls), I would have fees for not giving notice to vacate. I just received a call from debt collectors because the complex didn't reach out to me to pay my balance, even though they have my forwarding address, phone number and email. TL;DR I stayed here two years for two reasons: because it was $899/month AND because it wasn't the worst apartment I have ever stayed at. If the bar is that low for you, then I'd recommend it. If you're expecting a miracle for that price, get ready for disappointment. Hope this helps. Good luck y'all.

If you are thinking of moving in to this community please reconsider and look at all the reviews before you do. My roommates and I were very excited to move in to these apartments, come move in day and the apartment is not ready for move in. We were actually wanting to move in one day early and thankfully we did not because I am sure it would have been way worse. Our cabinet has a hole where pests are coming in from, there is a huge wasps nest on the balcony, every day I kill at least 5 roaches and 1 wasp, the master bedroom has no door so there is no privacy for that room, carpet looks dirty and was not even cleaned, we had to clean it ourselves. Another issue that we are having is how extremely dismissive the property manager is about all of the issues in the apartment when they are being relayed to him. Terrible first impression to new residents. Does not seem to care at all, does not communicate to us if something will be done or if it will take some time to be done. Communication goes a long way and we would be a lot more calm about this if someone would just reach out. As a property manager one would assume that he goes above and beyond to assure that the residents in his community are taken care of. My roommate was told by the manager that he would take care of everything by last Friday and these items have still not been completed. It is a beautiful property next to a nice little lake/pond, but staff is not insuring that these apartments are ready for move in.
