Had sewer water backed up into the garage, no response from maintenance after a request. Absentee management, people at the front are nice. Not their fault that its run so poorly. Note that all the 5 star reviews are from people who just toured or have very limited experience with the complex.

mold in the vents and sewer water in the driveway year round. brought this up in a maintenance request, TWICE, and they marked it as complete but never even came. packages & ring camera got stolen. the back gate is constantly open. please stay far far away. the five star reviews are from people that only toured the place, and to the owner, dont bother leaving a phone number for me to call below to discuss my dissatisfaction because you guys never answer the phones :))

I would not recommend staying in this apartment. My car, along with other cars in the garage, was vandalized and broken into because the apartment has had a broken garage door for several months. When I signed the lease last year, they had a functioning garage door and I was promised security. Despite contacting the apartment several times to fix it, there still has been no resolution or rectification on this issue. I also see many homeless people around my home. Additionally, I signed the lease in September of last year with a promise to receive a 6 weeks rent concession. It is now April, and I still have not received this despite contacting the management several times. I am extremely disappointed and feel very unsafe living in the building. Despite my safety concerns, the management refuses to let me break my lease. I feel very trapped in this situation. Would not recommend single women or anyone with kids to live here.

Katie, one of the office managers, is friendly and helpful and always smiling. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, I have received a prompt response. I have consistently experienced the best residential support from the front desk girls and this new manager Katie with a clean heart that shows on her smily face She has the best customer service and takes time to listen! Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing items with the maintenance they are always quick to do it I thank God we have never had issues with the management for the past 4 years we have been living here and we enjoy our stay here.They thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. Thank you for trying to serve our 75 West community despite at times it might be overwhelming.
