I was very excited to inquire about moving here. A lady by the name of Sherri gave me the run around about renting here. So I had to take my business elsewhere . It’s like she didn’t have the energy to try to find a possible tenant a unit to rent . After she kept giving me the round around and showed lack of interest in me Renting here I decided to look elsewhere. I’m bringing this to you guys attention because there is no telling how many other people she has done this to. It’s bad for you guys because you guys are losing business because of her .

This place deserves 0 stars but sadly it’s not an option. The office staff is awful, they will ignore you if they don’t want to answer a question or help you. You have to practically beg them to do their job it’s like dealing with the Mexican cartel. They parking situation is a nightmare. You have to register any guests in advance and you are allowed 3 guests a week or they will tow them. Maintenance is even worse!!! I put a work order in back in February and they still have not got back to me on it (it’s now mid October). They can’t keep any decent maintenance guys around because they don’t pay them enough and demand so much of them because the community is older and not kept up. My AC can’t even cool my apartment to 70 at night when it’s mid 70s outside. Everything is breaking and old. Which would t be so bad if someone could fix it or even acknowledge it’s an issue.
