After a few months of living here we’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it seems like maintenance do things on their own time. Literally had to go too the store and buy my own supplies to fix the issue. It’s ridiculous! The amount of money we have to pay you would think you’ll get better services around here but I guess not and the office just doesn’t care and they’re rude for no reason.

The laundrymat is super hot and there are no parking spaces available , we end up walking to our apartment.

This has been the worst apartments I've ever lived in the management group never listens Never goes fixed things that are wrong with the apartment expect the residents to remind them when the work order has already been done I've been here 6 month the Kitchen sink got clog I went to go reported waited 1 month and they never came to fix it so I had to pay someone with my own money to go fix it the tile from the restroom started falling apart about 2 to 3 month ago and still no one has came to fix it and about 3 weeks about my bathtub got clogged and still no one has came to fix it and when I call to remind them they give me there dam attitude So if you're thinking to move in to these apartments I definitely do not recommend them Este ha sido el peor apartamento en el que he vivido en el grupo de administración que nunca escucha Nunca se arregla las cosas que están mal en el apartamento, espera que los residentes les recuerden cuando la orden de trabajo ya se realizó. He estado aquí 6 meses en la cocina. el fregadero se atascó Fui a ir reportado esperé 1 mes y nunca vinieron a arreglarlo, así que tuve que pagarle a alguien con mi propio dinero para que lo arreglara el azulejo del baño comenzó a desmoronarse hace aproximadamente 2 o 3 meses y todavía nadie ha venido a arreglarlo y alrededor de 3 semanas después de que mi bañera se atascó y todavía nadie ha venido a arreglarlo y cuando llamo para recordarles que me dan la actitud de la presa Entonces, si está pensando en mudarse a estos apartamentos, definitivamente no los recomiendo.
