    unsure how safe it is here. homeless guy wanders in the hall late at night. he makes a bunch of noise. 4 cars were broken into on the property on 3-29-24. mine being one. weird to not be safe!

    Ive had a smaller issue before, but never a major issue like this. This apartment complex has issues with the valet trash company dragging and miss handling trash bags in the hallways as they pick them up. Therefore, floors in the hallways, have trash, stains. One day I came back from work, and I noticed our hallway had some work done. The hallway is full of concrete dust. They somehow attempted to grind out a thin layer of the broom finished concrete hallway to help with the trash stains. Well, obviously, some type of work was done, but not cleaned after at all. Call this common sense or my opinion, but that is a very unprofessional job done. Every time I take my dog out, he sneezes due to the settled concrete dust in the hallway. Also, every time, although I sweep my feet, I bring dust into my apartment. Am I supposed to sweep and clean my wood vinyl floors every day? I have brought this to the attention of management. On their response, they simply said any settling dust is a natural part of the cleaning process and will gradually dissipate over time. No, there is nothing natural about the dust. Dissipate over time? Yeah probably in a couple of years. I responded to the email, but never got a response back. I am writing another email to them, in hopes something gets done. A resident at an apartment complex. Should not have to deal with something like this. Again, I have never had a major issue like this with them, and their maintenance team tends to quickly resolve any issues that may arise inside the apartment itself. I even renewed after my first year lease ended. Update, thats 2 emails of mine that have not been responded too by the management team. Dont respond to my comment in google maps. How about you respond to an email.
