McCallum Corners

The most pathetic excuse for an apartment complex I’ve ever seen. My daughter moved there and I moved her out less than 2 months later. There is no leasing office, the “apartment managers” ( I use that term very loosely) are slum lords. Those apartments should be condemned. If you’re desperate and can’t do any better, I guess this apartment will do. I’m thankful I was able to get my daughter out of that disgusting hell hole! PROCEED WITH CAUTION, RAMY WILL TALK YOU TO DEATH AND LIE ABOUT BEING ACCESSIBLE, HES NOT!

My lease is almost up here so wanted to give an honest review before I left. Pros/cons Very quite place, all my neighbors were great and became friends with lots of them. No crime around here and no huge issues. Car wash is next door which I loved because it was convenient when I wanted to go wash my car, also gas station and store nearby. Did come across a couple issues while staying here but management did great helping me immediately with anything I needed, Remy cares about the tenants here and it showed a lot and that's why honestly I gave them 4 stars instead of less. (Management stepping up and very quiet friendly place) Also the new maintenance guy cesar is great and very sweet and fixed a ton of things for me. There are some roaches every now and then but you get what you pay for and they're great about sending pest control out anytime you need it. Places is super affordable so if you need a place for cheap this is a good private community.

Listed on different sites with two different numbers. One is never answered , the other is no longer in service. There is no office on property or anyone to talk to. Inquiries through email are completely ignored. Whoever the manager is, he is a poor excuse for one. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I've been here 2 months and have no complaints. Complex is quite. Mike the manager does a good job of keeping up with everything. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
