1) Great neighborhood

Con's:
1) Landlord NEVER answers his phone
2) Maintenance Request take FOREVER to be complete
3) Fire hazzards in the apartments (water leaks into electrical outlets; power from floor to switch)
4) Judgemental people living in same complex
5) Invidiuals in this complex don't seem to like kids..
