The Village Meadow

Probably my favorite place I have ever lived!

We've lived in The Village Meadow since 2008 and can say that it's a really great place to live, especially with all the new Village upgrades! These apartments were built in the 80's but are kept well-maintained and landscaped. Our neighbors over the years have largely been very quiet students and families, and we've always felt very safe here. Maintenance is usually prompt and responsive, and The Village has been willing to help us keep the inside of our unit maintained by resurfacing countertops when needed, addressing a mold issue in a bathroom, and so many more things. The office staff are friendly and genuinely helpful, and we've appreciated all of the staff here! The only thing I miss is having our own leasing office/club and pool like the other communities (this was converted into The Den while they created the new Village Country Club). Other than that, no complaints!

Current management is very responsive and helpful. Maintenance is very efficient and often completes work orders I have made within a day or even on the day order was submitted. You can't tell how old these apartments are because they are constantly maintained and they are always seeking to improve quality of life in the many great amenities such as their gyms, walking trails, etc. Definitely recommend living here!

I would not give them any star. they entered my rented unit without prior permission with a security man with a gun. They climbed to the second floor while I was asleep. Their excuse is there is maintainance needed to be done, I wasn’t picking up their phone calls, but there were no maintenance request from me. I called 911, the policemen came to my unit, asked them to leave, they left for a few minutes, came back later to my unit insisted in entering, I let them in and their said maintenance work was just to change the charging port plastic piece in the kitchen. The charging port was alright before they came. it seems to me it’s a significant breach of tenants’ residential right.

My husband and I and our two toddlers just moved into the The Village Meadow. We were a little nervous because we moved from California without seeing The Village property in person. For months I was looking to find the best apartment complex within our budget. I am extremely particular and because of our children, I prefer a quiet, safe neighborhood with a lot of walking. I read every review available on the internet about The Village and The Village Meadow before deciding. The application process and email correspondence with Brandy and Megan and the entire team at the leasing office was so amazing. Each time, they emailed me back within minutes. We applied and were excepted within a couple days. Everyone is so friendly and truly welcoming. Even the people that we’ve already met in the Village! When we arrived, our apartment was better then I expected! We leased a 2/2 926ft. The apartment was spotless, and the floor plan was really spacious. By the way, I had read reviews about it being an older apartment- and you would have no clue looking at it. Everything is new and renovated. Really done well. Very pretty apartment. The entire village is immaculate. You can tell that people really love living here. They are almost done with completing the new country club complex and The Village Drey. Can’t wait for the new gym! This is the perfect place if you value safety, community, fitness, walking trails, and living within 10 minutes to Downtown. Plus, it’s within 5 minutes to many grocery stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend. We see ourselves living here for a while!
