My advice dont even consider this place to stay, Amanda is the worst person to deal with and the apartment is not worth the amount. Update- Elevator never works, its been 2wks but yet they have disrespectful employees. Find a better apartment cause this is not worth the stress.

Not sure why the ratings are so low. Great value for the location in dallas. Maintenance is super quick to respond. My ac went out during the summer and they fixed it in a couple of hours. Management gave 1k back to existing residents in 2020 and 2021 when Covid forced them to shut down some amenities. Resident for 3 years.

Every apartment I tour I never really believe the reviews when they say management is bad BUT after applying here thinking it would be my new home made me believe to always listen to the reviews someone a year ago had the same situation I just experience and Ive never in 6 years since Ive been living in apartments experience this situation. Its a day or two before my actually move in date and havent heard a word from them I finally called them to get an update and they claim they couldnt verify my employment which they already contacted my employer to confirm and everything was good but the company I work for has 2 different names which I explained to them but of course didnt believe me even though they had my employment verification and then they tried to make an excuse about my income not being right. I worked with this company for over 4 years I never had this issue mind you all of this happen a day before our move in date. I applied to the apartments next door and got approved in 2 days and its funny how the person who helped me was out for a day but still manage to help me get an apartment. Avant needs to do better with the people in the office its giving them a bad look. So apply at your own risk and theres NO NEED FOR THE COMPANY TO RESPONSE TO MY MESSGE I SAID WHAT I SAID
