lived there for over a year, roaches are everywhere but the worst is the broken fire alarm system they have the alarm goes off randomly sometimes for hours at a time at all hours of the day and they always claim afterwards it was a test, most people don't even leave the building anymore when it goes off.

My son lived in this community for one year. Where do I start... After a while I stopped visiting him here as almost every single time i was greeted by rats in the ground level of the garage. Also, I felt very popular here cause of the amount of roaches that came out from all areas of the apartment, no matter when I visited. The office staff was rude, and the Hector is very manipulating. Lots of words without results. After a few moths, my son decided to stay more at my house, and continued to pay rent for the remainder of the lease not to ruin his credit. Do yourself a favor and read all reviews.

Spent two years living here and if you dont want to share your apartment with roaches, i dont recommend staying here. I am a very clean person and used my own pest control measures and tried to get the office to come spray as well many times, but it was never a permanent solution. Especially after COVID, you would have to call and email many many times to get someone to come treat even though they charge you monthly regardless. Roaches and bugs would come up from the drains or god knows where daily. Also the gym was always 90+ degrees and never had AC running. This place also has the WORST fire alarm system. It would always blare sirens at all hours of the night. I lost count how many times that stole my sleep. Also, the walls and floors are paper thin and they dont take noise complaints seriously at all. They put families of 12 on upper level floors and dont do anything about the ridiculous noise they make.
