I have lived in this general area for over 8 years and I must say this apartment complex is like a diamond in the rough. The maintenance men keep the garbage areas clean throughout the week, not just M-F. I see them on sundays sometimes tidying up picking up garbage around the dumpsters. I have never had any issues with getting my maintenance request done and most of all the office staff has an awesome attitude. They are always polite and professional. Thanks for all that you do.

I have had 2 different units at Timberglen. The first one was roach infested and had a water leak above the patio door that I was told couldnt be fixed while occupied. So I transferred units. Some time in 2022 they had a very large staff change over. The current manager is non responsive. I have now been without a dishwasher for over a month, there has been a intermittent leak in the ceiling (1st floor) directly above my bed and Im not sure if its been addressed or not.
For my feb 1st rent they snuck in a bogus charge on my rent. My certificate of renters insurance was expiring during the month of February and instead of contacting me to provide a new one they just charged me as if I didnt have insurance. When I called and asked why they gave me the run around and then they failed to remove the charge from my invoice. I had to pay the erroneous charge because their resident portal doesnt give an option for partial payment.
I cant stress enough that if it were cost prohibitive Id be moving as soon as possible. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
Ive spoken to other tenants and the consensus is that the manager is non responsive and treats the tenants like burdens instead of clients.

Updated., since 11/4/22 till today (1/24/23)the roof of our bathtub roof still not getting fix. Its terrible, some pieces of wood looks like it going to fall down to my head when we take shower. The leasing office only said theyll sent someone to fixed, but no one really cares our safety here.
Since we moved in on 11/4/22, the apartment didnt have us right mailbox key. AC is broken(never got fixed since reported few times during one months) trash disposal broken(got fixed), the bathroom roof leaking water continually ( were so scared that the roof going to be a goal and the bathtub going to fall when we shower for almost one month, also reported few times during a month, never got fixed) . Next door neighbor talked almost every night from 12am -6am , upstairs walking constantly from 12am-6am in midnight. We cant even sleep well every night for day time work. I called several times requested manager move us to some other room. He never say anything and keep argue back and being rude attitude and ignore us. We lived few apartments before the wall never been that thin can hear neighbor talking in midnight. The worst apartment I have ever lived. I almost mental weakens because annoying neighbors and water dripping sound everyday for one month. Very bad experience.
