The office staff has always been nice and friendly with me but a few things need to change. First of all the parking situation from the actual parking to their sticker registration approach. no one should walk out of their apartment and have their car towed because there sticker out of date. I understand the policy but too many people pay their rent on time to have to worry about not having a car in the morning because of a slip in thought. (I'm sure there is a more affective system). the lack of official visitor parking is also a problem. there is a pest problem from roaches to drain flies not to mention the random bugs that get in because the buildings foundation is bad. Hidden oak is a quiet place to live and that nice but actual quality of life in these apartments is lacking. the longer you live here the more apparent problems you will see.

Tabria was wonderful in getting me approved and moved in within a couple days of viewing the property. So far everything has been quiet and Im very happy I chose Hidden Oaks among the many properties I visited. Thank you.

This is an honest TRUTHFUL review by someone who currently lives here! I felt the need to do so after I referred my friend here and she saw how bad the reviews were. I've never had roaches, rats, mice, bedbugs nor snakes anywhere near or in my Apartment. I had my Heater/AC go out because of a bad switch they had it repaired in 2 days it only took that long because they had to order a part. My dishwasher stopped working I had a brand new one the next day! It is a lot of kids in the community so you will hear them play at times but who cares close your windows! I've never heard gun shots, felt unsafe, nor has my car gotten broken into since I have lived here, and it's pretty quiet at night. I will say that some of the new people that have moved in don't have a lot of respect for the community. I've noticed more trash on the ground in certain areas and people not picking up after their dogs. But compared to a lot of other Apartment communities this one by far deserves more than 3 stars. Keep in mind people who don't their pay rent and/or have nasty attitudes tend to leave to WORST REVIEWS!!!
