The apt is verry in need of remodeling u can here people through your front door walking talking banging on the walls floors ext. Sounds like there right in your apt. floors are super creaky every step u make can be heard to the apt down below. Id like to poimt out been here almost a year been some random gun shots so close sounds like its in your window. No central air or heat place is provided with one large AC unit in the bedroom. There are no security doors to keep the homeless out from sleeping in the hallways as well. At times i feel like im not safe like late nights in my own apt fear that someday i will be vandalized. Place has plumbing issues allot. But people that live here are good people friendly to. Also find rent for $650.00 is a bit high although its all bills paid. Management is nice but not to bilingual she does what can be done not much else.
