Larq Henderson Apartments

This is by far the worst experience Ive had living at an apartment complex. I thought it was going to be great at the start of move in because the property and units appear nice, but it is all a facade. The lack of management at this property makes it unbearable to live in. The rims and wheels on my truck were stolen in a gated parking garage because the property did not want to renew the security teams contract, and there was little to no follow up to ensure that I would continue to feel safe afterwards. They didnt even fix the light pole that I was parked at after the thieves disconnected the wiring to turn it off. Elevators in the parking garage were broken for months on end, in which management made little to no effort to fix, making a move out experience on the 4th floor an absolute nightmare. They went the cheap route with the electronic lock units (I was told by maintenance they were meant for indoor units) and I paid for it by being locked out of my own place during winter weather multiple times. To add the icing on the cake, once I moved out I was hit with fraudulent move out charges, in which I disproved because I did a professional clean and documented the quality of my unit upon move out. When I simply asked to follow up on these charges, it was like pulling teeth just to get hold of staff that could help, I would call multiple times and leave voicemails for weeks, and no one had any interest in helping me. To make things worse, instead of calling me back to resolve the issue they just sent it to a debt collecting agency, which I would think would take longer than simply answering my calls. I would avoid living here at all costs, PAY ATTENTION to management reviews.

I CANNOT say enough good things about Foster. Foster went above and WAY beyond for us. Were moving from 16 hours away and Foster made sure to help us get everything situated. Foster answered every single question we had within minutes, sometimes even seconds (even on days off) and like I said, just went above and beyond. Foster even went to check if our electricity was on and to make sure everything was turned off and thermostat was set so wed be ready to roll when we got there. We appreciate Foster SO much and highly recommend Foster. Thank you so much, Foster!!!!

I went to the wrong place on accident last week and still toured. It is more than I wanted to pay, but you get what you pay for. The leasing lady was very nice and still answered all of my questions even though it was more than I wanted to pay per month.
