        I'm having a hard time reaching managent. Its been 2 weeks since i moved in hére, and My kitchen sink still has no water. I need My kitchen. This is really unsanitary. Nobody is trying to do anything about it.

        The apartments conditions and rent USED to be passable for like 4 stars, but I moved out and left it to my old roommate who owns it now. They’re being charged an additional $50 every month for a “RESERVED PARKING SPACE” they don’t even have or EXISTS. The new management isn’t even trying to help or remove the discrepancy of these outrages additional charges being pushed. New management will rob you here for more rent by adding additional charges to you monthly and refusing to remove them. Thanks SUNRIDGE... Edit: I did originally leave 1 star due to problem above, but they fixed it, albeit 2 months later and no reimbursement. As long as you don’t experience something like this I’d still say go ahead and live here if you’re financially low.
