        My son asked me to research this apartment for him as he is interested in relocating to the Dallas area. After reading these reviews, it's really troubling to know that you can walk into a living situation totally unaware of underlying issues that are masked by a few strokes of paint and manicured lawn. You would think that the owners would get the lesson here. You can't ignore your tenants legitimate complaints. Their voice have power. I will not be referring my son here.

        STILL NO HOT WATER! 72 HOURS LATER 5/1/2019 UPDATE The residents in this complex have been without hot water for over 24 hours with no realistic solution in sight. Also, there is no power in the complex so there is no electricity in the the laundry facilities where people wash their clothes. These are SIMPLE NECCESSITES that the residents rely on. The main issue is that no in the office has any idea when we will be able to have hot water again in the apartments.
