This apartment is very bad and the management are very rude and disrespectful and it's unsafe place I'm not recommending this place.

If you wish to have a 2 4 7 sleep eat and fun with some sect of flies and insects this would be the right place for you...and a word is enough for a wise.....its either you run away or else keep having fun with undesirable insects.....all the best

Worst experience ever, Ty and her assistants along with the director Bradly of remliving have been avoiding us and neglected to help us for the past month possibly more. We found that the apartment we rented floods when it rains we had only gotten a temporary solution which "I had to request!" so no it wasn't them doing there job- I had to push this to happen so we got our"sand bags" which are on our patio at this moment. They don't do anything we flooded a second time so now I am anticipating it to flood everytime so this is stressing me out even more now I feel no peace here, I have reached out to the management team, but I have not gotten a response. the day after our flood the second time I went up to the office to speak to Ty but guess what she decides to do she runs,I asked her to speak to me before she left but she said I am leaving and shut her door on me and drove off, then I went in to speak to the assistant but she refused to talk to me which does not make sense why would you not want to help you tenants so I demanded a phone number for Bradly the director who ended up giving me a fake number I say fake because when I called it it was disconnected I emailed him and Cc the office but have yet to get a response about getting a transfer they refuse to help me and my wife with anything . Apart from the flood this place is infested with gnats that will not go away we have lived here for up to 7 months and so far we have been living in a garbage dump, tenants around here also like to keep trash all over the place creating maggots and flies the maintenance team do not clean it up I have had to report the trash about three times till it is actually picked up, but recently I have not gotten not one clean up around here so trash just accumulating behind the building I am in and in our hall. So no answers from PM or DM and the place is infested with bugs apart from that we are getting roaches, I litteraly never had roaches till I moved here I am just extremely frustrated and disgusted with this place it is uninhabitable. _Update _ they finally contact me on the day this was posted finally got their attention, We did speak , but I of course Didnt answer that day because who is able to end their lease in one day with nowhere to go yet and without speaking with the wife so yes i did ask for time to speak with the wife very reasonable right, So I responded 3 days later after speaking with wife and after that I finally got a response a week later and I was able to get my lease voided so YES we are finally moving out this horrible apt complex and no I will not be removing these photos as requested by them.. I think everyone should know what they are getting into so if you find yourself renting here be prepared.
