Hmmm.. Horrrrrrrible customer service the receptionist/leasing agent or whomever . I called to inquire about one of their units and O M G . Everything I asked about was one-worded , like I was such a bother for even calling . Her name started with a "M" . Def lost a potential resident. Strongly recommend training your staff with proper phone etiquette even if their having a bad day.

Got mold in our apartment and getting it fixed it by them is a nightmare.. can not be just painted over.  The want to just paint over it.I truly am having skin and breathing issues.   I have called over 10 times with no results. .  and now they want to charge $4 for having a car in the marking lot with no sticker overnight.   DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
