Post Vintage

After two years, moving out because everything is terrible. Packages keep getting stolen ( yet the side doors to the apartment don’t lock majority of the time) and weird things keeps happening in the garages like thefts and break ins (yet the garage door majority of the time is open). Anyone basically can have access to the apartments. The call box for my number still doesn’t work on one side of the building but I gave up on bugging them to fix it. Neighbors have been starting to get louder and have more parties. Rent keeps going up for what? It’s not like we have better security. Our pool was closed for a long time due to construction and mailbox office but yet we don’t see discounts on our rent for not having the amenities open. (Same with the gym). It’s a great location to live, but places are now cheaper to move to a safer place these days. I don’t recommend any friends or family to stay at a post property. Maintenance is great, come in withen usually a day or tour request.

Definitely the best apartment complex I've stayed in. The place is well built, and the prices and policies are fair. Very nice and responsive management as well. Highly recommend living in a Post property.

They are very welcoming, the apartment was very cleaned when I moved in. The office people were so inviting, especially, the leasing staff. Tanner was very nice!! The maintenance people, in particular the guy name Peter, he was awesome, very nice and gets his work done on time. He takes up on his promise to comeback and fix it right away. So, far very nice are, welcoming, there's trails and parks to walk and run. The only downside is that if you're on the 3rd floor and have big stuff to move, you would have to walk upstairs with your stuff. Overall, it's great living in Post Vintage

Love Post!! Out of all the apartments I have ever lived in, Post is my favorite!! Great location, quiet, private, love the parking and the pool! Highly recommend if you are looking in the Dallas Uptown area!!
