First of all I would like to say that this place has amazing customer service. I was there for a tour, but unfortunately they didn’t have any availability at the moment. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend! :)

I have a good friend who will be moving to the Dallas area soon. She asked me if I could go and check out apartments for her. On her list, was Tribeca on the Creek Apartments. I went to look at the apartments for my friend and let me tell you I was blown away. Now the property itself is very nice and has many amenities I wish my apartment complex had. What really stood out to me was the customer service I received that day. I was greeted by Jaime at the office in a very warm welcoming way. I was then attended by Claudia. I explained the situation to her and she was so helpful. Other complexes were kind of rude when i told them I was looking for an apartment for someone else, like I was wasting their time. Claudia made me feel comfortable and she even asked details about my friend like her name, where she was moving from and why she was moving. The others seem to not even care. Claudia was also just charming and very charismatic. She took me to see the model unit and I loved it. If i wasn't tied up in a leas myself, I would definitely consider moving here based solely on how professional the staff here. When I arrived, they were helping our a resident with an issue in their unit and Claudia was extremely helpful and reassuring with him telling him not worry that they will resolve the issue as soon as possible even if it meant that she herself had to do the job. You don't run into people at apartment complex offices who genuinely care about their current residents and even future ones.
