My wife and I lived here for 4 years and found it a great place. The rents we're so affordable that we were able to save enough money to buy our own home and that's why we're moving. Our apartment home was spacious well maintained, with a hardwood floor and very nice. When ever we had a problem the friendly courteous onsite staff came quickly to fix it. Thank you staff. We appreciate your hard work. During the summer I used the pool every morning to swim before I showered and went to work. As for my wife she loved the convenience of having the Timbercreek Crossing shopping center directly across the street so she could walk there in two minutes and buy anything she needed. There's a library on the other side of the shopping center where we used to borrow dvd's for free and the bus stopped right in front of the property to take you to and from the Park Lane Dart Train station. This was and is a great place to live and we'd like to thank the staff for taking such good care of us.

We just got newer appliances installed by the management. They are also going to upgrade our kitchen. Ours is a ground level walk out apartment which makes it easy and fast to get in and out. They installed new carpet and paint before we moved in. Zuleema is the office manager and she has good people working in the office, they can also speak Spanish and are very helpful. Hospital close by and lots of shopping across the street to which we can walk to. I believe that the other people who told about bed bugs and roaches did not keep a clean house. The beds belonged to the tenants, not the apartment company. It is a tenant's responsibility to keep their bed and house clean...Our apartment is very clean and we have never had any bug problems for the entire 4 years we have lived here. Maintenance staff is good and they take of any problems very quickly. This is a very nice place to live

3x I've had leaks in my bathroom from the air conditioner, each attempt to fix has only been to patch the issue because it keeps coming back. Not fun to have water dripping on your head while using the restroom. The explanation I got left me unsatisfied because I was told it happens all over this "OLD" complex and as the complex maintains the repair logs I can only wonder while wasn't I informed BEFORE I rented???
